Parent’s/Guardian’s Declaration
I, the parent/legal guardian of the applicant, voluntarily consent to my ward’s participation in the *Agnipankh Scholarship Examination, a privately conducted examination organized by **Dr. Kalam’s Agnipankh International Foundation*.
I understand that this examination is intended to support my ward’s educational development and preparation for future competitive examinations. The examination may include content or a level of difficulty beyond the regular school curriculum. I will ensure that my ward’s preparation does not adversely affect their health, regular school attendance, studies, or daily routine.
I understand that participation in this examination is voluntary and that no government department, education board, school, or other government authority is responsible for its conduct, syllabus, fees, scholarships, prizes, results, postponement, cancellation, or any related decision.
I acknowledge that the Foundation reserves the right to make decisions regarding the examination, including its syllabus, eligibility criteria, schedule, examination centres, fees, evaluation process, results, scholarships, prizes, postponement, or cancellation, subject to the rules and policies published by the Foundation.
I confirm that I am not forcing or placing undue pressure on my ward to participate in this examination. I have read, understood, and accepted the applicable instructions, rules, terms, and conditions. I agree to comply with any changes communicated by the examination management from time to time.
I declare that the information provided in the application form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. By selecting the acceptance checkbox and submitting the online application, I provide my informed consent and confirm that this electronic acceptance shall be treated as my formal declaration.
