Delete Account Request

At Agnipankh Student App, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to Request Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated personal information, please send an email to:

Account Deletion RequestPlease include the following details in your email:
- Full Name
- Registered Mobile Number
- Aadhaar Number (last 4 digits only)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
What Happens After Your Request?
Once we verify your identity, we will process your account deletion request within 7 working days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
The following information will be permanently deleted:
- User Account
- Registered Mobile Number
- Login Information
- Profile Information
- Student Account Data (where applicable)
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Server Logs
- Security Logs
- Records required to comply with legal obligations
Such retained information will not be used for marketing purposes.
